This cocktail which belongs to the Sour family, has a smooth texture to delight all discerning cocktail lovers.
– 5 cl Black Sheriff rum
– 2 cl Flambée banana syrup
– 2 cl lime
– 1 egg white
– 2 dashes Angostura bitter
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker. Shake without the ice cubes to emulsify the egg white. Add the ice cubes and shake. Strain using a fine sieve.
